I was hoping someone from A-1 might get in touch with me about my one-month-long experience trying to schedule bee removal, or at least why A-1 took the $156 payment for my 7/17/26 service directly from my checking account without my permission. The only positives I can say is that Diane on the Cape finally cared to schedule service for me that someone would actually show up for, and John B., the technician was wonderful, enthusiastic, and communicative with me.
