They did a great job looking at the house and then working with us while we freed ourselves from another company. The inspection found evidence of termites that the other company had missed, including tubes, and they offered much better explanations of what was needed. This was despite the possibility that we would be stuck with our prior contractor. Fortunately we were not, and they installed the system this week. Came highly recommended by someone else on our street, and so far I am happy with their service.
