Upon first contact, the scheduler was very pleasant to speak with and we were given an appointment the next day. Sam, the technician was extremely prompt! We explained to him what issues we were having with our heating unit. He spent time inspecting the unit and then proceeded to explain in detail what was wrong with the unit and what our options were moving forward. He was very detailed and very patient in hearing and answering our questions! Sam was extremely knowledgeable and also very personable and respectful.
