you have always been on time and the service works !
there was a slight hic-cough this time as the fee was charged twice to my credit card. I didn't notice it as it is an auto payment. but Mint, one of those online things, sent me an email asking if it was OK? I called your people and they acted promptly and courteously...couldn't ask for more.
