Up until today, I've been a customer for 2 years. I scheduled an appointment in advance to have Hometown come spray inside our home and the gentleman never showed! My husband took a 1/2 day from work and has been waiting. We never were contacted by Hometown. Upon calling I was told the worker was behind schedule and no one was available in his absense. The supervisor then said, I should have called sooner to get an update. He also said I shouldn't have scheduled it for today that they were too busy. Last I checked I was the client not employee. Due to the poor customer service, no accountability and lack of responsibility, I canceled my contract. To add insult to injury, I was told I wouldn't be refunded for at least 30 days.
