Brad was very friendly, receptive to my questions, and shared helpful information. He didn't mind waiting a moment or two while I vacuumed up droppings found behind the stove, fridge, etc (eww) before he set traps and bait. Did a wonderful job at locating exterior entry points and sealing them up tight. He just left but I feel confident that our pesky little mice will soon be gone.
