Jason was great - walked us entirely through the selling our home, and coordinated cleaning and staging as well as all of the paperwork. We had many discussions about price and process - and everything happened just as he predicted it would. He was able to not only get our house sold quickly, it was for more than we could have hoped for and within all the timing parameters we needed. I only wish I could have talked him into a "neighborhood discount" - but his ability to negotiate on our behalf certainly earned him his commission!
