While the services PestBear have been provided as scheduled, I cannot indicate my satisfaction with respect to the appearance of our long because on the one hand your sales rep, Michael, stated that we would see improvement within one month and Jen, who actually provides the services, has indicated that it would take 5 to 6 months to see significant improvement. Since the initial services were only provided by PestBear one to two weeks ago, we are in no position to effectively evaluate your services. Suggest you check back with us in about 3 months which would be more appropriate for a true evaluation of PestBear’s services to derermine if there has been any significant improvement in our overall lawn.
