Technician was professional and pleasant. There was a technology problem with the software that recorded the termite bait stations so that caused a delay in the service. Other service scheduled for that day from home paramount did not occur and early notification of not providing the services did not happen. I did get a call from the Fredericksburg, VA location but it was late in the day telling me service was not happening and the other service for checking electronic vents to the crawl space never happened. Disappointed in the service response.
