There are no words to describe how disappointed I was with this company. The day of my service I was contacted and told that someone would be at my home within an hour- I look outside 10 minutes later and see the truck parked out front of my home and the technician is listening to loud offensive music smoking cigarettes and throwing the butts all over my yard. He knocked on my door and asked me if he could get started early because he had "better things to do with his time". When I responded saying that his attitude was unprofessional he told me to "go stuff it". He walked around the outside of my house spraying what I assume was ant spray, then sprayed himself from top to bottom with cologne before asking me to sign the work order- he stunk so bad my living room still smells like Cool Water- as if that wasn't enough, as he drove away a McDonalds bag flew out of his truck on to me lawn. Never again!
