Horrible customer service. we have been using men in black pest control for about a year. Every time they have shown up we have receive a courtesy call to let us know they are on they way and they always sprayed inside and outside. We are in the process of remodeling our house when we noticed a little termite damage inside the house. I called ahead of time and asked when they come out to spray that they check inside to see if they are still active, the lady told me that wouldn't be a problem. When they showed up we were not home so I called the next day asking the lady if he could come back out to spray the inside of my house also to check my house for termite as we discussed. She said well they don't have to spray the inside of your house even though you are paying for it and it was my fault that I wasn't home and I would have to reschedule. I was in shock I told the lady we always received a courtesy call and they always spray the inside my house. Then I asked if I was paying for why wouldn't they spray inside then she proceeded to yell at me over the phone saying they don't have to spray inside. I told the lady I wanted to cancel and will take my business elsewhere she said that's fine and hung up on me. Horrible customer service. Do not use!!!
