I was a member last year and everything was OK and then when the renewal time comes up the customer service have called me to ask me about the renewal so I told her I will think about it and after that even before I decided to cancel or keep my services you guys came in and removed the boxes.
However I called to keep the services with the offer that you guys gave me the lady she said it's OK and then she sent me the receipt with the (discount ) everything was OK , but after that they called me and the lady told told me sorry you're not eligible anymore for this discount so that's why am cancelled.
and also I have send at least 2 to 3 families here in Milton to do the service with you and they did the service with .
I'm not sure if that's how you guys are treating the customers like you give an offer and then just get back and take the boxes so that's why I'm not happy and I will make sure I'm not going to refer anyone else .
I was happy with the services but the last thing that you guys have done is really really bad .
