Customers for over 10 years. However yesterday was our last service. I was told I could negotiate a different charge even though now we are only getting the outside done. They charged me the same $ as having both the inside and outside done. Also did not show up a few weeks ago when they said they would. No apology, was told someone dropped the ball by 2 different people. The customer service we have known is not there anymore.
