I miss our original guy. We had him for several years and very rarely had any issues with pests. So friendly and knowledgeable and reassuring! Not the case with this guy. When I explained that we have again had animals in the walls, the tech sort of gave me a 'not much I can do about it' response. With our last guy, he always covered his shows before coming in, this guy just walks in and tracks snow everywhere. Sometimes it's those little things that make the difference. We haven't been happy with our tech since he started. Thinking about ending our services.
