Termite and Ant Treatment Services:
I had a different technician for both services, so it's difficult to leave just one review. Both technicians were friendly, professional and responsive. The termite inspection was thorough and informative and I was happy with the report results. The ant treatment was pretty much a waste of money. The technician was very professional and even came back for a second treatment after I noted the return of ants in two areas . However, it's been a month since the initial treatment and there is at least one specific area where the ants have clearly infiltrated again. (We will be pouring cement in this small area to block their access) and additional ants in other areas in the front and back yards. I don't think it's something the company did wrong or right, but I imagine there simply is a limitation on the ability to block or eliminate their presence. Maybe more explanation about what we should expect regarding the re-emergence of ant investation?
