Identified problem and treated inside area of open wall. Then followed thru with condo a s c sending them an estimate for termite extermination of condos. Because they treated inside with m y paying a reasonable amount my const. co. we're able to close the wall and continue their work. They were informative and helpful plus supportive during a stressful time.
