Not very professional. Showed up with a dust mop, two aerosol cans and a couple of sticky pads for mice. No protective gear, mask, gloves, nothing. Said they treated with something from a pump sprayer but I never saw a sprayer. I don’t think they were even in a company vehicle. Best to avoid this business or at least get written quote for exactly what they’re going to do.
