The 5 stars are for the fact that the technician shows up and the products works to our satisfaction. I see only dead bugs on the ground. Not great for the birds, but no bugs in the house. But, I had called the customer service about a week prior to the scheduled day to request the technician come out on a day I could guarantee we would be home. The nice rep stated the indeed our technician could come our on the same day 6 hours later than originally scheduled. But I don’t think anyone told Vernon about the change in time. I only wanted to be home to pay him and ask about some beetle-type bugs on the window screen. I’m not mad, just hoping for better communication between areas in company. Very pleased otherwise. FYI the bugs have disappeared from the window.😀.
