I have been a patient of Dr. Waisbren for about 30 years now. He's professional but friendly. If he has something to say, he doesn't sugar coat it, he gives it to you straight. He keeps track of my numbers and let's me know when I've done well, just as he will let me know when I haven't done so well. He is that way because he cares.
