Kevin at Rose Pest in Northfield IL is someone I can say is amazing when it comes to customer service and being there to address what ever the needs are in keeping my home save from Pest. He will spend whatever time is needed to ensure the problem is address even if it takes multiple times for him to come out. Not only does he address a problem you called for but when on site he seeks out whatever problems might be arising. That is truly special!! I also have seen him providing help to other folks out in the field to make sure the clients are being taken care of and providing his co-workers with help and sharing in his expertise.
