I had a previous exterminating service, but I felt they were doing just enough. There was nothing extra, just putting traps down and telling me what the problem was with no solution. Dial came today and I met Joe and he was amazing! He not only put down traps in places the other service did not bother but he explained every step of the process and was open to any question.
I am so glad I did this!
