1st trip with David was great. He identified our problem as Pantry Beetles and found them in an unopened box of cereal type dog biscuits.

2nd trip helped slightly. Tech did not find bugs which now seem to be upstairs. I have 4 blue light and sticky surface collector traps that are dated, so I can identify the area of most problems.
