I subscribed to an annual service that includes 4 visits per year. The first visit dealt with mice in the attic and they came back three times just to take care of that (all included in "1st visit"). the other services were performed outdoors to keep insects out. They checked in before every visit, and asked how things were going every time they were here. They filled in a few small holes where we were having issues with wasps. All in all, great to have during our first year as homeowners. They caught problems before they were problems.
