I am so thankful, I contacted Spectrum this past September. I had quite a rodent infestation and if I had tried to handle this on my own, it would have become a much bigger problem. They are always professional, on time, , and always so helpful. This last visit, the gentleman, that had been in training, the last time, arrived early, so helpful, and did an excellent and thorough job. Things are getting much better and I am so happy! And when you call even if you have to leave a message, you never have to wait long. They are very prompt with their phone service.
