Hector was the service provider. He was professional and polite. He walked around the house and explained what he was going to do, asking me if I had any questions. He wore his protective mask the entire time (2 hours). He also provided me with follow-on instructions if I was to notice possible issues by termites. I was very pleased with his service and Termagon as a whole!
