We found Chuck to be a great all around person - responsive to our needs, perceptive, intelligent, and an excellent communicator. To understand the local listings (there are 2!) and get a treasure chest of information you have to go to this man's website. I recommended him to my sister and her husband. In general, I don't like agents but if you have to work with one, Chuck is who I recommend.....
