Poor customer service from the commercial team: 1) Miscommunication, 2)Technicians want to do the service their own way, not what the customer has requested, and they complain in front of the customer when the situation needs to be addressed.3) Managers call you after you submit the cancellation notice, not during the actual problem or right after.
