I was happy with the personnel service provided. However, I am unhappy about your billing process. Charges were withdrawn from my bank account before service was even provided. Charges was taken on 07/27/2020. Service was to be provided on 07/28/20 which never occurred because I had cancel this service the morning on 07/27/20!
