I'm not quit sure how to rate this, first of all when we called about the weeds that suddenly appeared in the front lawn the associate wanted to tell us that it was because we were not watering our yard. Keep in mind that we have had a lot of rain lately due to the storms and even received a letter from Grass Roots concerning the amount of rain lately and if we saw excess weeds to contact the company. So, did not like being accused of the weeds being our fault for one. Secondly the Technician came out and in the past they use to knock on the door and leave a list of what they found and what they did. We were expecting them to come today to discuss the weeds and were here all day. The technician did not knock or leave any information about what he did or what he found. All our email states is the "Service: Fall Prep". It would be nice to know what was done on 9/25/17 to our yard and what they found. So no Rating at this time. Thank you Cannot submit with a rating so because we did not talk to Glenyn we cannot rate, fall prep don't know that either.
