This is the second time that we were given a time frame of 3-5 pm. The technician arrives at 2:30 (according to email) and leaves at 3:00. Again I made myself available at 3:00. Did not hear a bell ring or notice anyone at my property. Sat waiting until 5:00 and no one arrived that we noticed. Also, nothing was left at door ( no note, business card) to indicate that a technician had come to our home.
