Bought a house and have had them since march of 24" they came out the first time I called and I agreed to the visit every 3 months. It"s been close to year and that was the only visit I received no calls for another service to schedule, nothing. Called them just last month to figure out why and schedule again, we agreed to a visit, put me on the schedule and thought maybe the system just got screwed up. No visit. Called again and they were perplexed as to why "stating I was never on the schedule." Was supposed to come today, called today and was told "oh yeah you"re on the schedule for this technician, idk why you haven"t been visited maybe they are running late." They called us back after about an hour or two and said "oh that technician was never actually here today and called out sick."

Dropping them immediately and picking another service.
