I wasn't at home when the service was done. A household member mentioned the work was done although I did not see the statement that is usually provided at the end of the service. Perhaps the wind blew it away. I would like to know when the service will be performed. Each spring, I am left guessing when it will happen and if the paperwork is blown away or not put in the mailbox I have no way of knowing whether the work was done or not. Over the past few years, I find myself calling up the main office to confirm when the service will be done and whether it has been done because of the missing paperwork. I have been a long-time client of F&W. This change would improve my experience. Thank you.
