I was generally satisfied with how my case was handled and the level of support I was given by all concerned at your firm. I am especially thankful to Ed Pavia who represented me, for his patience, advice and persistence in my case. I did feel like I should have been awarded more but I also understand the process with it's limitations and the negative results that can come from a trial, so I've resolved myself to being satisfied with what I have in hand.
