I can't speak for the other properties, but we're not especially happy here at Sunnyside. Josiah was very thorough and always communicated with the office. Since he's been replaced, I don't believe the new tech enjoys his job. He's displayed major attitude with tenants, we frequently see "no answer" on the report on units where the tenant confirmed they were waiting all day and pest control was a no show. This is a senior community and sometimes it takes time for the resident to get to the door. They've been told if there's no answer to contact the office and we'll meet with a key if necessary.

The last Storacle service, we actually called the tenants to let them know the tech was on his way so they could secure their dogs, and they were all home. Our maintenance tech actually saw him drive by to do a different unit and he never stopped at the first unit. This is an issue since you're only servicing Storacle Point every two weeks.

Long story short - it's not my call on the pest control vendor, so I have no say so.
