NO, I am not happy nor satisfied with Venice Pest Control. I paid $550 for basically no results in catching any of the roof rats. Yes, he found one which was dead but not in the trap. I had poison in the attic above the garage which the rat must have eaten. When I first met your employee I told him where I heard the rats and where I saw the rats. He ignored what I said but put the traps above the garage ceiling. Since he set the traps I heard the rats in the back above the lanai. I put poison there and the next day I found a number of pellets in the rain gutter. So the rats are still there but the three traps were pulled this morning. So $550 spent for nothing. Very dissatisfied.
