I was given a morning expect time from 10:00-12:00 and an afternoon time of 12:00-2:00 for dehumidifier inspection and in ground bait inspection.The morning tech arrived about 9:55 and at 2:00 the second tech hadn't arrived so I called your office. I was informed that the schedule was between 3:00-5:00 so I consented and at 4:59 I made a second call since no tech had arrived and no phone call. My time is valuable too. An update of schedule times would be most appreciated, particularly should I have scheduled something else. I expect better for the price we pay.
