Had them come out to my house to look into starting reoccurring service with them. I was told by the employee that did the inspection that I would receive in email from the lady in the office that I have to sign before they are allowed to start service.
I waited several days and even contacted them 2 more times to tell them. I never received the email. The first time, They said they would send it, and that they were having computer problems. I waited again and never received it. Then the second time I asked, I just got no replies back even though I told them in the messageif I don't receive the email, I would be forced to seek service elsewhere. Never heard back.
