Today, for the first time, I met Tom M.... the Viking Tech who came to do an inspection and give me an estimate. Tom was a pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and easy to talk to. As a result of this visit, I am looking forward to a long "pest-free" relationship with Viking.
