Prior to the last couple of years I would have given 5 stars; however, the last two years have been disappointing. For instance, yesterday I called to schedule a treatment and I ended up talking to 5 different people. The right hand and left hand of the company are not communicating. I hope they can overcome this as I would like to continue with them. We will see.
