So far each treatment has had some challenges. Things like me calling to set up service or the no one showing up for a scheduled appointment (twice). Then showing up at a time that was not agreed to. Additionally, this service was to be every other month, but I have been billed multiple times for monthly service. Confusing and disappointing. Also, 8 yrs ago I hired a lawn care service to treat mosquitos in my yard and after one year they were gone. For 7 yrs, little to no mosquitos in my yard. I eliminated that service to save a few dollars by going with Home Paramount and guess what is back this season...mosquitos. Not just a few but they are swarming. Everyone in my family (5 of us) cannot even go into our yard this fall due to the swarming mosquitos. When I talked to the tech, he said Home Paramount does not treat for those. It has been a serious of these things that lead to disappointment. Open to a conversation if needed.
