Very unsatisfied. The service we do get is excellent. Shane is a great ambassador for Home Paramount. BUT in spite of repeated promises to notify us before Shane comes to the house, we do not get notice. Therefore, Shane can't get into the house to check bait boxes and signs of pest entry.
