Interior bait stations have not been checked during the past three service calls. I reached out twice to inquire about technician changes without a response. I’ve been a customer for at least 3 years and still have mice, still see spiders and still have centipedes. Are new technicians given information from previous technicians? We’ve had at least 5 different technicians, with Enzo providing superior service.
