Jeff McKnight, who is the branch manager of the VA Beach office, personally came out and installed the Sentricon system at my second property, as well as on a different day came back out and installed more of the Sentricon systems around a pool shed and a detached workshop at the rear of my main property. He arrived both days on time. Jeff is a great guy to talk with, I enjoyed our conversation, and his in detail explanation on how the Sentricon system kills the termites. I appreciate Jeff giving me a very fair price at both properties.
