I needed a WOB termite letter for the final step of my refi when I scheduled Healthy Home Termite & Pest Control to come and take a look at my property. They said that they would get back to me on the results. They told my lender 2 days later that I needed an annual $350 treatment for a tunnel they found in the back, but refused to send pictures. My lender called Inspect-All for a second opinion and they found no evidence of any kind of insects at all. They were polite, professional and affordable and will continue to handle my pest control needs.
