Service person was courteous. He was new. He clearly had very little training if any in dehumidifiers. He looked at it and said “ it is still working”. I paid the $95. With this service I was told I get a new filter annually. He did not bring one and the filter needed changing. I set up a revisit for today and no one showed. I called the company twice. They said it is on the schedule but no one showed. No one called to let me know. I will probably go back to changing it myself.
