We've had some really thorough inspectors that listen and change the spider traps every visit, in addition to doing their normal inspection. But lately, we've had inspectors who are here for two minutes (or less) and don't look at the spider traps. It's hard to talk with the inspectors about getting things scheduled when they aren't the ones who handle scheduling. But they ask if we need anything from them, so we let them know what we need and they can't help...
