I had the misfortune of buying a vacation home that had a bed bug infestation which I didn’t find out until after being bitten up my first night! After researching options for eradicating the bugs I decided Thermal Remediation sounded like the best way to go. I called a few different companies to get pricing and Presidio had the best price using the exact same equipment as the others I had called. Once I talked to Bobby he put my mind at ease and provided excellent information. Bobby had to travel several hours to get to my location and showed up exactly as promised. I was totally impressed with the equipment and heating process that was performed. Nothing was damaged by the heat and Bobby took great care and throughly inspected the entire house prior to starting the process. I have to say that Bobby is a true professional and about the nicest guy you could ever meet!! He spent the entire day at my home conducting the remediation treatment and left my house in excellent shape when he left. About a week or so after the initial treatment I did find one bug which I’ll admit freaked me out a bit, but I called Bobby and he was back out and did a follow up chemical treatment. It’s now been over 4 months since the initial treatment and I can honestly say my house is bed bug free!!! I waited this long to submit the review because I wanted to be absolutely sure the remediation worked......and it did! Bobby, I cannot thank you enough for your concern, professionalism and most of all for giving me the peace of mind to be able to enjoy my new home.
