We called Certech and Gareth arrived with 24 hours of the call. Rats are not good news.Gareth was on time, and he was reassuring (it is upsetting to have rats in residence!) and described exactly what work would need to be done. He was professional and it was clear that he knew what needed to be done to get the situation under control. He came back multiple times to make sure every last rat was gone and that they did not have any way to get back into the crawl space and attic. After there had been no rat "action" for 3 weeks, he came back several times to recheck to insure last rat had been caught. I appreciated the time he took to talk with me and explain what was happening each step of the way. Professional, efficient, on time, and a good communicator. I could not have hoped for better.
