I appreciate since this is a second home that a service technician call out to me when they come out. I would however like that message or follow up correspondence to be more detailed. The message I got last week was just “we are enviropest calling about the service appointment”. I was not sure if he was calling to get instructions on how to get into the home or telling me he finished the service. I would also like to know if they removed any rodents and/or if there is any other issue noted of concern. Thanks!
