Regarding: Patrick, Jose and your A/R professional
Hello. I live at 2508 W. Huron, Chicago 60612. I was pleased when I called yesterday for a bed bug inspection and Patrick was able to schedule me for today between 12:00 and 2:00 P.M. I called just 8 minutes before you closed and still Patrick was patient and able to schedule service for me today He provided answers to all of my questions and was very helpful. My compliments. Then today, my house was just inspected by Jose. Jose arrived promptly, just a few minutes after 12:00. He took his time and was thorough and respectful in his inspection. Gratefully, he found no evidence of bed bugs; but, nonetheless, also answered all of my questions and provided valuable information that I would not have know to ask for. In a stressful situation, it was nice to have a service person of Jose's quality. Prompt, thorough, respectful and kind; what more could I ask. In our exchange as he left, I learned that Jose is a new dad today. That made it all the more impressive that he could focus on his job and do such a good job. Finally, when I called after Jose left to pay my bill, the phone was answered by a female employee in your accounting area I regret that I didn't get her name, as she matched the positive experiences I had with Patrick and Jose. People make the company and my experience with your's has been top rate. Thanks so much. You have my future business. D. Boone.
